4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located

Repeat Infringers

AIR MUSIC PH maintains a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. We reserve the right to terminate an account after receiving multiple DMCA takedown notices related to that account.

Fair Use

AIR MUSIC PH respects the principle of fair use under copyright law. Fair use allows limited use of copyrighted material without permission for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, or research.
